I get the head/warmth thing too, only it absolutely paralyzes me for a few You laugh, I laugh, you cry, I cry, you offend my Steelers, I kill you shirt; it’s not a true pain, but the sensation is so intense that it’s like it should be pain? Paralyzing and all-encompassing, but still not quite a pain. Thank you for the great description! I’m not the only one who gets the “warmth” thing when my neck gets turned a certain You laugh, I laugh, you cry, I cry, you offend my Steelers, I kill you shirt! My sensation feels like burning and can be so excruciating it sends me to the ground. I’ve passed out from it once that I can remember. But, it doesn’t happen often. It’s almost like those 3 skull bones that fused together to become one have popped- that’s the type of sensation I get right after my neck turns and before the burning starts. I’m 29, so that skull bone has completely developed. And the several diagnostic scans I’ve had for different issues show no skull abnormalities.

I have the same thing, I was diagnosed with a bulging disk and a minor pinched Trending shirt. Physical therapy might help but it is nowhere near serious enough to warrant surgery. Basically, take care of your back so it does not get worse but don’t worry about it. Idk about the back thing, but does the neck thing feel like a click or something popping more towards your neck area? You could be popping air bubbles. I can do this on command and the warm spread is something that happens in my neck/head afterward nothing to worry about at all!
