My parents instilled so much of their anxiety in me from my earliest memories on that I literally cannot remember a time in my life that I’ve ever felt relaxed while sober and I’m going into my 40’s. My earliest memory is being about 3 years old and running back and forth between my I came I saw I had anxiety so I left shirt when they were fighting trying to calm them down as they shrieked obscenities at each other like wounded banshees. And that was a pretty normal day. It depends on your area.

Many places simply don’t have a decent mental health treatment available. I lived in a part of Alabama for a while where you had to wait 6 months for psychological/psychiatric treatment, and when you did finally get it, it was absolutely pathetic in quality compared to the I came I saw I had anxiety so I left shirt I’ve found available in the Chicago area. This has definitely helped me. If I have an assignment or something to do, opening up word and typing in the header, basically just getting it started helps a lot.

I’ll play a game or something and just start working when I’m ready since it’s open and good to go. It has mainly helped me with getting started on math work. Sometimes before I even get to what I want to learn and study, I’ll have to brush up on linear algebra, calculus, analysis and probability theory for example. It just seems daunting, and it’s as if there’s nowhere I can begin since it’s so much work that I try to figure out first how to do everything optimally.

Since there’s no real optimal way until you try, it ends up with paralyzing myself. Just opening a book, looking at definitions and writing them down, or attempting to prove theorems I come across before reading their proofs helps a lot. It’s never the actual I came I saw I had anxiety so I left shirt that’s paralyzing (unless you briefly get stuck), so might as well give it a go.
